Tellembeatzgo retains the underlying copyright ownership of the instrumental unless a separate written agreement explicitly transfers the copyright. * The licensee is granted **unlimited** audio and video streams, sales, downloads, public performances, broadcasts, and commercial use. * The beat may be uploaded to **YouTube** and is **eligible for monetization** under the terms of this license. * The licensee will receive the high-quality **WAV file**, **MP3 file**, and **STEMS**. * The licensee may record, distribute, perform, synchronize, and commercially exploit one or more songs using the instrumental. * The instrumental, WAV file, MP3 file, and STEMS may **not** be resold, redistributed, shared, or used to create another beat or sample pack. * Any rights not expressly granted in this agreement remain reserved by **Tellembeatzgo**.
